We believe our PC & Laptop sales are competitive with city prices and you get the benefit of a standard 12 month warranty on all new sales and a 3 month warranty on second hand computers.

We don't send our repairs away, use couriers or have you bring your computer to the city for warranty issues. We pick up and deliver your machine back to you.

As computer part prices fluctuate regularly we ask you to give us a call for a quote on your PC or laptop requirements so we can give you the best price possible.

New PC & laptop purchase advice

When buying a new PC system it is worth keeping in mind before you buy a name brand machine whether you will be able to upgrade it or easily obtain spare parts. We find an increasing number of customers who have purchased these name brand systems only to find when parts break down (as they sometimes do over time) that getting new parts or the machine sent back to the company for servicing is a real headache. Even the customer support received after sale can be a huge let down for many people.

Also when you are looking to purchase a new PC always make sure that it comes with genuine copies of software, Microsoft licenses should be visible by a sticker attached to the outside of the machine and usually come with disks. If the machine does not have this license sticker then say 'No Way!'. All new machines should come with valid licences for all software loaded onto the machine.
